Peer2Play is a sharing economy concept we developed during Module 9 at KEA. The idea was to create some sort of service, which fitted into the definition of the sharing economy (collaborative consumption). The idea behind Peer2Play is that board game owners could monetize their games by sharing them with others. Likewise other people could borrow games from people without having to purchase them themselves. Finally the service would also aim to connect people so that they could play games together.
The module was split into two parts. The first focusing on communication where we created the Peer2Play Communication report. The second half of the module was focused on using PHP and Databases to build our concept. The website is not that beautiful as the focus was entirely on backend but our project was well received by the teachers as we had exceeded the requirements.
