and I am a Frontend Developer, Project/Product Manager, and Multimedia Designer with a diverse skill set that bridges both technical expertise and interpersonal strengths.
Beyond my professional work, I’m deeply passionate about gardening and food security and sustainability, and I’ve recently taken advantage of the move to Australia to study more in this area. I also have dedicated time to volunteering, helping establish and manage various community food projects.
Now, I’m looking for a new adventure, one that aligns with my values and aspirations, allowing me to continue growing both personally and professionally
The Sustainability Integration Program for Students (SIPS) is a paid internship run by the University of Tasmania’s Sustainability department. For my SIPS project, I’m exploring the history of the former market garden at the Newnham campus, with the goal of eventually recreating it to grow more food on campus. The goal of creating a new market garden there aims to improve food security, support campus services, and engage students especially those studying agriculture. I’m also working on upgrading the student garden beds at the Newnham accommodation, adding new beds, improving access to tools, and creating more opportunities for students to get involved in gardening.
My role at bmetric is a mix of technical expert and project manager. I'm the team lead and coordinator of the Product Implementation team (internally called Customer Success) which involves working with our software, managing our backlog and ensure requests from customers are build on schedule and as requested, while on the side also taking on the more advanced and complex tasks which require technical knowledge.
bmetric is a SASS company and provides solutions to companies to help improve their interaction with their customers. That's where the Product Implementation team comes in, we are the ones responsible for turning the customers requests (in the form of Figma's, spreadsheets and text descriptions handed down by the Account managers) into a product that helps bmetric's customers archive their goals.
My role on a daily basis is coordinating the team, ensuring everyone has work to do and knows how to tackle the tasks that come in. On top of that with my technical background and years of experience at bmetric. I am responsible for taking the more complex and experimental tasks which often involves pushing the limits of what bmetric's software is designed to do and inventing creative new ways to do what we need to do. I also focus on reducing our workload and improving efficiency. Enabling us to keep providing good quality service.
My Cert 3 course is workplace based, so instead of being on campus I am volunteering while studying at the Food and Resilience Movement (FaRM) project at the Northern Suburbs Community Centre.
Besides working on my Cert 3 Horticulture course my responsibilties involve:
BA in Web Development at KEA teaches a wide range of skills within the Web development area. In the first semester, the focus is on core front end web development technologies like HTML/CSS, JS/jQuery, PHP, JSON and AJAX. We put these into practice alongside a range of other technologies to produce our own CMS system. We also learn more about Databases and UI and UX (User centred design) and general design principles with Interface Design.
In the second semester, I am studying C#, Human Computer Interaction, Web Security and Angular.
The third semester is split between the Internship and Bachelor project.
At MentorDenmark I work as part of the IT team and I am responsible for assisting with any website updates, tweaks and fixes when they arise. I am also assisting with the creation of a new webpage and other projects for the organisation within the scope of front-end development and interface design and user experience.
I also worked for a sub company of Mentor Danmark for my bachelor project to develop the primary website for this company to promote it when launched, it was a intesrting journey of building a site from the idea phase though to a live functioning website.
EA's AP in Multimedia Design and Communication focuses on four core areas:
Through my course each module focuses on one or more of the four core areas. As part of the Multimedia experience we are given a taste of a wide range media's. The two most important areas are Web Design and Marketing/Communication which almost every module touches on. We began by learning Web Design and then they introduced marketing and communication, followed by animation and 3D. Along the way we also learnt design principles, typography, PHP, etc.
The course has so far been a great experience and it has given me insight into areas I had never previously considered. During my studies, I have been introduced to Marketing and Communication which I have embraced and am working hard to learn to integrate into my Web Design. Today Web Design requires more than just a nice website and marketing and communication play a big part.

The Food and Resilliance Movement (FaRM) - I joined FaRM after hearing about it at a community garden meetup and have been helping since 2023. In 2024 i switched my Horticulture course to workplace based to work there fulltime. I've learnt so much about food production and much more and I'm really happy to help such a cool project.
In 2024 and 2025, I worked as a Zero Waste Officer for agriCULTURED, a festival celebrating Launceston and the North East’s food culture. I collaborated with venues to reduce waste, supported the festival’s zero waste goals, and helped sort waste post-event, contributing to a report on outcomes and improvements.
I co-authored a report and created guidelines for the Tasmanian Hospitality Association on how their members can reduce food waste in the hospitality industry in Tasmania. The goals were to highlight what the laws are and what options and ideas are out there to encourage participating businesses to reduce their waste and promote circular economies.
I was involved with Foodsharing CPH from 2017 until it largely wound down in 2020. I started as a regular volunteer and soon became one of the organisers. Over time, I took on roles in social media, website management, coordinating collection teams, waste handling, and shift leading. It was a great journey that taught me a range of skills—and I made some great friends along the way.
Between 2019 and 2023 I co-managed a community fridge in the heart of Copenhagen (Nørrebro). The goal of the project was to create a way to facilitate unconditional food sharing/re-distribution without the constraints of time or stigma of visiting a "food bank". The project saved a few tonnes of food and fed 1000s. We also got famous and made it onto TV2 Lorry.
In 2022 I made an attempt to get elected to the City of Copenhagen Municpial council. Me and a friend decided it'd be fun and therefore we registered as a political party and ran in the elections. It meant putting up posters, attending debates and handing out flyers. In the end we got over 350 votes, which given there's 20+ parties on the ballet wasn't bad.
Taste the Waste was a collaboration between One Bowl and Foodsharing Copenhagen I co-founded with the goal of teaching people how to use surplus food, by showing them what’s possible. We took the surplus of Foodsharing CPH and created nice “pay as you feel” meals for anyone who wanted to attend and simultaneously promoting both organizations.

Years ago inspired by a friend I wrote a frivolous pocket guide for Australia. The book was intended as a comical travel guide to Australia. Providing suggestions of places you could visit, but you probably don't want to. It was an interesting experiance in writing and creating a book and what it involves.
